About this event
Kaukau & Kars is a sunset car show at Ka Makana Ali'i in Kapolei, and this holiday edition doubles as a Toys 4 Tots drive, with visitors donating toys for keiki in need. Classics, lowriders, lifted trucks and muscle cars fill the lot across from Olino Theatre, and local food trucks, local vendors, a seating area with live entertainment and giveaways round out the evening. The previous event drew 86 car show entries.
Our take: Plan dinner around the lineup of local food trucks and eat in the seating area while the live entertainment plays.
