About this event

Virginia Highland Farmers Market is a Sunday morning gathering in the heart of the Virginia-Highland district, held at Highland Woodworking, 1045 North Highland Ave. Shoppers come for fresh produce, artisanal products, and handmade goods from farmers, makers, and artisans, then stay for live music and a relaxed pace the district calls Atlanta's favorite Sunday tradition. Vendors include produce farms, bakeries such as Little Tart and Grand Prix Bakery, prepared foods from Pink's Barbecue, and packaged goods from King of Pops and John's Kimchi. Virginia-Highland's patios, shops, and tree-lined streets are steps away for after the market. Portable restrooms are on the market grounds.

Our take: Make a morning of it, then walk the Virginia-Highland patios and shops once you leave Highland Woodworking.
