About this event
The Walton County Fair in DeFuniak Springs has been celebrating community, heritage, and arts since 1924, and the nonprofit still bills the grounds as rooted in tradition. Fair week adds midway rides, the famous pig show, and outdoor concerts on Friday and Saturday nights, with indoor exhibits and livestock beside them. The same fairgrounds keep a year-round rhythm of Food Truck Friday, a farmers' market of local produce and handmade goods, and hometown auctions. The address is 790 North 9th Street.
Our take: Save Friday or Saturday night if the outdoor concerts are the reason you are coming.
Good to know
Monday-Thursday gates at 5 p.m.; Friday gates at 5 p.m.; Saturday gates at noon. Last entry at 9 p.m. each night.
