Opp Fest 2026

Opp Fest is the City of Opp’s last-Saturday-in-October downtown fall festival along Main Street and neighboring blocks. Arts and crafts booths, food vendors, merchant sidewalk sales, live music, a car show, children’s activities, Touch-a-Truck, and a petting zoo fill the day. Nearby, Scarecrows in the Park at Lake Frank Jackson State Park adds an optional autumn walk. Wear comfortable shoes for the downtown loop and save time for the scarecrow tour if kids still have energy.

Our take: Pair Main Street browsing in the morning with the scarecrow park walk after lunch when the downtown heat softens.
