About this event
Lakeland First Friday closes streets in downtown Lakeland between Lemon Street and Oak Street along Kentucky and Tennessee Avenues, and the December edition is the Holiday Spectacular. Shops and restaurants stay open late, the Makers Market lines North Kentucky Avenue north of the railroad tracks, and the Classy Car Show sits on Main Street. The Lakeland Downtown Development Authority brings over 60 exhibitors, with Munn Park at 117 N. Kentucky Avenue as the venue.
Our take: Carpool or use the valet at Lemon and Tennessee, then walk the Makers Market north of the tracks before the car show on Main.
Parking
Valet at Lemon St. and Tennessee Ave. on First Fridays. Event parking is limited; carpool.
