About this event
The Sea Witch Festival is a Halloween weekend in Rehoboth Beach run by the Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce, best known for its Saturday costume parade down Rehoboth Avenue, which USA Today once named one of the 10 best Halloween parades in the country. The weekend also brings a costumed dog parade, a clue-by-clue Sea Witch Hunt, a 50/50 raffle, business contests and a new community fair for local nonprofits. All vendor spots are filled, and Sea Witch collectors' pins and other souvenirs are sold through the chamber.
Parking
No overnight parking on Rehoboth Avenue from 1 to 6 a.m. Friday, and no median parking on Rehoboth Avenue from 1 a.m. Saturday until the costume parade ends. Chairs, coolers and blankets left on Rehoboth Avenue after the parade are picked up by the Streets Department.
