Lake Elsinore Día de los Muertos Festival & Car Show

Lake Elsinore's Día de los Muertos Festival & Car Show, founded by the nonprofit arts group STUDIO 395, fills downtown from Spring Street to Main and all of Gediman Square with a free family celebration that has become the second-largest Day of the Dead event in the Inland Empire. More than 140 antique cars and lowriders are decorated with traditional altars, and the festival adds art installations, music and dance on two stages, a lucha libre ring, a public altar, art and history exhibits, vendors, food and art activities, ending with a Catrina procession at dusk.
