About this event
Deep in the Ozark Mountains, the Nightmare in the Ozarks Film Festival is based at the historic City Auditorium in Eureka Springs, a Victorian town the festival calls The Halloween City. Locals know the hall as The Aud. It holds 984 seats on a main floor and balcony, shows films on a 26-foot screen, and for nearly 100 years has welcomed stars from BB King to Willie Nelson. The program pairs horror films with Halloween festivities and one of the largest zombie parades in the country.
Our take: Center the visit on a seat at the City Auditorium, then stay downtown for the zombie parade.
