About this event
What is now the Tulsa State Fair began in 1903 as the Tulsa County Free Fair. It fills Expo Square, which grew from land J.E. Crosbie donated in 1923. Two landmarks set it apart: the historic Pavilion, built in 1931, and the 76-foot Golden Driller, added in 1966 as the symbol of the International Petroleum Exposition. The fair packs in Midway rides, livestock and horse shows, concerts and educational exhibits. Many shows run at set times around the Pavilion and the SageNet Center, so check the daily attractions schedule before you go.
