About this event
Weekdays at Von Thun Farms' South Brunswick farm in Dayton are the slower visit, with festival areas also open on school holidays at both farm locations. The draw is a 6-plus-acre interactive corn maze with cornundrums and a passport system to track the paths. Apple picking and a walk-to pumpkin patch run on weekdays while fruit lasts, and the patch mixes sizes and shapes with photo spots. Hayrides are not offered on weekdays, and apple picking depends on what is still on the trees.
Our take: Come on a weekday for the 6-plus-acre maze at a slower pace than the busy festival weekends.
