About this event
The Indian Mills Historical Society hosts the Shamong Day classic car show at Carla's Classic Cars, 447 Oakshade Rd. in Shamong, with entry from Indian Mills Rd. Shamong Day itself is framed as a celebration of antiques, handmade goods, vintage finds, collectibles, local food, and community spirit. Car awards include Best Classic, Best Antique, Best Muscle, Best Unique/Exotic, Best Motorcycle, and Best in Show. Registrations support the society's work preserving the history of Indian Mills. The first 20 pre-registered participants receive an IMHS commemorative America 250 ornament.
Our take: Pre-register if you can; the first 20 pre-registered cars get the America 250 ornament, and trailer space is limited.
Parking
Entry from Indian Mills Rd. Trailers unload and then park in a designated area. Day-of registrations are welcome.
Good to know
Arrival and check-in in the morning, judging late morning, crowd-favorite voting by early afternoon, awards mid-afternoon. Rain date is the following Sunday.
