About this event
Chili from individuals, local organizations, and area businesses is the reason downtown Belleville fills up, a cook-off that started with a few pots on one block of East Main Street. Entertainment and a Chili Chase 5K sit beside the tasting, and a People's Choice vote crowns a favorite pot. Restaurant and non-restaurant cooks compete in separate categories. Taste a few pots before you lock in a People's Choice favorite.
Our take: Taste several pots before you settle on a People's Choice favorite.
