About this event
The Woodstock Farm Fresh Market sets up on Saturday mornings on Market Street and in Reformation Brewery's backyard in downtown Woodstock. Its rules require vendors to grow at least 85 percent of what they sell, and inspections continue through the season. Expect locally grown produce, jams and jellies, honey, locally raised meats, seafood from the Georgia coast, fresh bread and pastries, and bath and beauty products. The city created it to give local growers an outlet and to host demonstrations on agriculture, gardening and food preparation.
Our take: Pick up Georgia coast seafood and fresh bread for dinner, then stay downtown for lunch on Main Street.
