About this event
The Downtown Festival and Art Show, produced by City of Gainesville Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs, turns downtown Gainesville into an open gallery of over 200 visual artists from across the country. Booths hold paintings, handcrafted jewelry, ceramics, photography, and more, while live music fills the street and a food court serves local favorites. Parking garages, surface lots, and street parking ring the festival blocks.
Our take: Use a downtown garage or surface lot, then leave time for both the art booths and the food court.
Parking
Options around downtown include parking garages, surface lots, and street parking.
