About this event
The Holiday Bazaar at the Alaska State Fair turns the Palmer fairgrounds into a free indoor holiday shopping weekend. More than 100 gift vendors fill Raven Hall and the Hoskins Building, with food trucks on hand between stops. Admission itself is free, so the focus stays on browsing handmade gifts without a gate fee.
Our take: Plan a Saturday visit if you want the longer shopping window; Sunday opens an hour later.
